
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Lead various projects including; the implementation of a new Facility Management Information system, the evaluation from AX to Microsoft Business central, development of mobile application to replace paper forms. Also experience in managing functional specifications and backlogs, and directing system rollouts including end-user training.

MANAGEMENT
Day to day management of a (4 FTE) supportteam that provide support to 360 retail locations. Created a roadmap for future updates and systemexpansion. Provided advice on procurement strategies to several teams.

BUISNESS ANALYST
Fulfilled several roles as a business analyst. As a busines analyst I gather information from stakeholders, translate this information in procesmaps and provide technical as well as functional solutions for optimization. I monitoring KPI’s and SLA’s, which I summarize in management reports to inform management about performance and potential growth.

TRAINING
The most important part of change in any organisation is its people. This requires sharing of information and training for users to adopt new ways of working. I am specialized in providing training on new systems and applications. These trainings are provided digital as well as on-site. As part of the training cycle I provide users of supportive training materials such as; manuals slidedecks, and quizzes.
